As a certified trainer, I've always held a keen fascination for sports and physical activities. From a young age, I enthusiastically dabbled in ballet, tennis, horse riding, and more. As I entered my mid-20s and approached 30, I delved into martial arts, particularly Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu and yoga, broadening my horizons in the realm of physical well-being. Not content with just that, I pursued certifications in Swedish massage and Thai yoga massage to deepen my understanding of body mechanics.

Upon relocating to the countryside, I found myself reconnecting with my passion for working with horses. Unfortunately i developed RSI in both arms so had to give up my job. I was lucky enough to land a job in my local gym. It was there that I embarked on the journey to become a certified personal trainer, along with gaining qualifications as a Les Mills BodyBalance instructor, kettlebells, clubells, Pilates and Yoga. I completed another Pilates qualification with APPI Pilates whom i chose to train with as their background is physiotherapy and it blew me away with the amount of exercise modifications they taught me.

 All of which has deepened my knowledge and helped with developing and tailoring fitness programmes to individuals' needs. This personalized approach resonated deeply with me, igniting the spark to establish my very own fitness business—a space where I could offer a unique blend of expertise, varied experiences, and unwavering dedication to helping others achieve their wellness goals. 

I love the outdoors and movement some of my own hobbies include horse-riding, canoeing, hiking, Ba Gua Zhang (similar to Tai Chi) and have recently bought some woodland which has encouraged me to take up the study of herbalism....watch this space!
