Resistance bands

Resistance bands can help either to challenge muscle groups or add support if needed. They recruit the Stabilizer muscles (which often get overlooked, under used and through weakness contribute to injuries) which support the larger muscle groups (global muscles). Great for rehab, safe, portable and take up very little room.
